User Data Deletion Policy for SportX App

This policy describes SportX’s procedures regarding user data deletion requests, outlining your rights and how your data is protected.

1. Introduction

SportX is committed to protecting the privacy of its users and providing transparency regarding how personal data is collected, used, and stored. This User Data Deletion Policy grants you the right to request the deletion of your personal data from our systems, in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

2. Types of Data That Can Be Deleted

You have the right to request the deletion of your Personal Data collected by SportX, which may include, but is not limited to:

• Email address.
• First and last name / username.
• Phone number (if collected).
• Data associated with your account (such as age, profile pictures, friend lists, favorite team, squads, point and coins. etc).
• Time zone data and country.

Note: This policy does not cover Usage Data that is collected automatically (such as your device’s IP address, browser type, time and date of visit, and other diagnostic data), as this data is generally not directly linked to a specific individual after being disassociated from personal data. However, any usage data that can be directly linked to your account will be deleted upon account deletion.

3. How to Request Data Deletion

To submit a user data deletion request, please follow these steps:

• Send a Request via Email: Send an email to our support team at support@sportxapp.com
• Subject Line: The subject line of your email should be “User Data Deletion Request” or an equivalent.
• Required Information: To ensure your request is processed efficiently and securely, please include the following information in your email:
• Your full name as registered with your SportX account.
• The email address associated with your account.
• The phone number associated with your account (if applicable).
• A brief and clear description of the data you wish to delete (e.g., “I wish to delete all my personal data associated with my SportX account”).

4. Verification and Deletion Process

• Identity Verification: Upon receiving your request, we may contact you to verify your identity to ensure you are the legitimate account holder. This may involve requesting additional information or confirmation through your registered email address.
• Processing Time: We will process your request within 30 days from the date of receiving your confirmed request and identity verification.
• Deletion Confirmation: Once the deletion process is complete, we will send you an email confirmation to notify you that your personal data has been successfully deleted from our systems.
• Data Retention: Please be aware that we may retain certain data for a limited period after a deletion request if required by law, for legal compliance purposes, to resolve disputes, or to enforce our agreements. However, this data will not be used for any purpose other than those stated above.

5. Implications of Data Deletion

Once your personal data and account are deleted, you will no longer be able to access the Service or use features that require personal data. Any data associated with your account will be permanently removed from our systems.
